Activation: how you become a customer
How does activation work?
Because we supply the specialist trade exclusively, our range is protected. So that you can view and order it, you register once with your business details. We then check your details and activate your access. That way we make sure our fashion arrives where it belongs – in your boutique.
How long does activation take?
As a rule, this is quick. As soon as your details are complete, we promptly take care of the check and get in touch with you. Should anything be missing, we will contact you directly – personally and without complication.
Ordering and invoice
How do I order?
After activation, you order conveniently online or, quite classically, in person at our showroom. Many trade partners combine both: they view the goods on site and top up their range easily online later.
How do I receive my invoice?
You receive your invoice properly and clearly with your order. All items are clearly listed, so that you keep the overview and can transfer the goods cleanly into your merchandise management system. If you have questions about individual items, our team is there for you at any time.

Who do I turn to?
At AKH Fashion you speak with people, not with an anonymous hotline. As a family business, we value personal support: whether it is about your order, about fits or about range planning – you have dedicated contact persons who know your business.
Can I also meet you in person?
Very gladly. In our showroom at Euromoda Neuss (room B342–B345, open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.) we advise you face to face. Here you feel the fabrics, see the colours in real light and plan your range together with us.
