Shipping and delivery
Delivery is made exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB. Sale to consumers is excluded.
How we calculate shipping
- You select the shipping method yourself during the order process.
- One parcel holds up to 30 items or 25 kg.
- If one of these limits is reached, we automatically charge for a further parcel at the same price.
- You will see the full shipping costs before completing your order.

For delivery countries not listed here, we will gladly prepare an individual shipping quote for you.
Delivery times
Within Germany usually 1 to 3 working days from receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise for the item.
For deliveries abroad, the times are extended depending on the destination country. Delays due to customs clearance, official measures, force majeure or disruptions on the transport route remain reserved.
Payment terms
With payment in advance, shipping takes place after receipt of payment in full. You will receive the payment information after completing the order.
Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract and must be transferred within 7 calendar days. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Customs duties and import charges
For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties, import charges, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges may apply. These are not included in our prices and are to be borne by the customer.
