Delivery is exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). Sales to consumers are excluded.
Minimum order value: €150.00 net (plus shipping costs and statutory VAT)

Transparent shipping costs for your order. All prices listed below apply per package up to a weight of 24.5 kg, net and plus statutory VAT, if applicable.

For orders with higher weight, larger volume or multiple packages, additional shipping costs may apply. These will, of course, be communicated to you separately before the contract is concluded or before dispatch.

We also deliver to other countries within and outside the EU. For delivery countries not explicitly listed in the overview above, we would be happy to provide you with an individual shipping offer.
We will transparently inform you of the shipping costs for other countries in advance upon request.
This way, you will have clarity about the costs incurred and the appropriate shipping solution for your delivery country before placing your order.
Terms of Payment
Prepayment
If prepayment is selected as the payment method, shipping will only take place after full payment has been received in our account. After completing the order, you will receive the corresponding payment information.
Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is due immediately after conclusion of the contract and must be transferred within 7 calendar days. If no payment is received within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Delivery times
The delivery time within Germany is generally 1 to 3 working days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified for the respective item.
For deliveries abroad, delivery times may be longer depending on the destination country. Unforeseeable delays, particularly due to customs clearance, official measures, force majeure, or disruptions in transport, are reserved.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges may apply. These are not included in the stated prices or shipping costs and must be borne by the customer.
The customer is responsible for informing themselves about the import regulations, duties, and possible additional costs applicable in the respective recipient country before placing an order.
