AKH Fashion is a second-generation family business. For over two decades, we have been designing, cutting and sewing modern women's layered-look fashion – in our own production facilities in Germany and the EU. From the first sketch to the finished piece, everything stays in one hand. This isn't a marketing promise, but our everyday reality: we know every fabric we work with, every cut we draw – and every specialist retail partner who ultimately sells our fashion in their boutique.
This closeness shapes everything we do. We are not middlemen who buy in finished goods and re-label them. We are the people who make the fashion – and you feel exactly that in the quality, the reliability and the personal advice.
Planned, limited – no mass-produced goods
Each of our collections is deliberately planned and deliberately kept small. We don't produce mass-market goods, but manageable runs: thoughtfully composed, carefully crafted and in limited quantities. This has a twofold benefit for you – your customers wear pieces that aren't hanging on every corner, and you carry a range with character instead of arbitrariness.
And there's something for every taste: from the great-value basics line to the exclusive signature small-batch series, in a wide variety of fabrics, colours and cuts. But always limited – quality and individuality before quantity.
Six months' lead time – we always work ahead
Good collections aren't created overnight. We plan around half a year in advance – regardless of what the weather and season are currently dictating. While others are still reacting to current demand, we've long been working on the collection after next.
A large part of this work begins in the vast fabric halls of our suppliers. Choosing the right fabric from thousands of bolts – by feel, drape and character – is no small matter, but a question of experience and a sure instinct. We take this time, because a layered-look piece lives and breathes through its fabric. This early, careful selection is the reason our goods fit when you need them.
Made in Germany & EU – hand in hand
Behind every piece there are people, not an anonymous supply chain. Family businesses and experienced specialists in Germany and Europe work hand in hand: design, patternmaking, cutting, sewing and final inspection – closely coordinated, tightly networked, with responsibility at every stage. Anything that doesn't meet our standards doesn't leave the house.
Short distances are your advantage: whatever sells well for you, we can reproduce promptly – without months-long overseas lead times, without containers stuck somewhere. That way your bestseller stays on the shelf when the demand is there. And if a question ever comes up, you speak directly with the people who made your goods.
We produce for you too – even small quantities
Do you have an idea, a desired cut, your own label? Bring it to us. Your idea, your fabrics, your cuts – we discuss, plan and implement it. Because our distances are short and we produce in-house, even small quantities are realistic that would never pay off with overseas production.
Many of our most beautiful pieces came about exactly this way – together with our specialist retail partners, from a conversation, a sketch, a „Could you do that in … too?“.
