Shipping information

Delivery is made exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Sales to consumers are excluded.

Shipping costs

Transparent shipping costs for your order. All prices listed below apply per parcel up to a weight of 24,5 kg, net, plus statutory VAT, where applicable.

For orders with a higher weight, larger volume or multiple parcels, additional shipping costs may apply. These will of course be communicated to you separately before conclusion of the contract or before shipping.

Additional delivery countries on request

We also deliver to other countries within and outside the EU. For delivery countries not expressly listed in the overview above, we will gladly prepare an individual shipping quote for you.

This way, you gain clarity about the costs involved and the appropriate shipping solution for your delivery country before placing your order.

Payment terms

Prepayment

If you select prepayment as the payment method, shipping only takes place after full receipt of payment in our account. After completing your order, you will receive the relevant payment information.

Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract and must be transferred within 7 calendar days. If no payment is received within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delivery times

The delivery time within Germany is generally 1 to 3 working days from receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise for the respective item.

For deliveries abroad, delivery times may be extended depending on the destination country. Unforeseeable delays, in particular due to customs clearance, official measures, force majeure or disruptions in transport, are reserved.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, import charges, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges may apply. These are not included in the stated prices or shipping costs and must be borne by the customer.

The customer is responsible for informing themselves, before placing the order, about the import regulations, duties and possible additional costs applicable in the respective receiving country.
